I have bought three vehicles for my family since 2010 but this was my first experience with Mohegan Lake. I can say that hands down this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, not just over the this was my first experience with Mohegan Lake. I can say that hands down this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, not just over the last few years, but likely ever. Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had very broad parameters for what I was looking for, not least of which was a price cap. Steve listened to our needs, helped narrow down our options, and most importantly, never tried to upsell us. I always felt we were being dealt with on the level and when we did decide on a car and began the buying process, he was very thorough in walking through the process and making sure everything was in order and quick and painless as can be. As an added bonus, we were looking exclusively at pre-owned cars, meaning we covered many model years and makes, but Steve was able to answer all of our questions about specific features for all the different models and do direct comparisons of features even though the cars spanned 2 makes and 5 model years. I look forward to many years of going back to Mohegan Lake. More
