When I noticed a crack in the passenger's side view mirror a day after bringing the car home, he worked with us to get it immediately repaired without question or cost to me personally. Beyond that, the prices at this dealership are far and away better than at any other local shop. I can only speak to the certified pre-owned fleet, but it's easy to do a price comparison online and you'll see for yourself. The car was basically loaded with everything except a backup camera and navigation. Steve had showed us a number of Jettas, and just to ensure that is what she wanted, showed us Passat's and even a CC. Very patient salesman, and does not pressure you at all. He wants to make sure you make the right choice for you. He touted the safety of the vehicles, and after doing my own research, found that he was not stretching the truth. Additionally, he also only showed us cars that were only in our budget, as well. After you get done with the salesman, you move on to the manager, after you try and negotiate your best deal, and Mark, the Sales Manager, went to as low as I honestly believe he could have. Now it's off to the Business Manager, Benjamin. I was going to secure outside outside financing from my credit union, but Benjamin got me a better interest rate, and the financing included GAP insurance, which my credit union was going to charge me $250.00 for. I am honestly a huge pain in the xxx when I'm about to spend a lot of money on a vehicle, and all involved at this dealership were very accommodating and patient. Even the owner of the dealership spoke to us to make sure we were getting what we wanted. We were so pleased that we returned in March to buy a Tiguan for my wife. The only reason I gave a 4 vice a 5 in the price category is that Volkswagen's are generally more expensive to buy and own than other brands, but you get what you pay for. We'll see. More

The allotment for my trade in was quite good and a strong incentive compared to three other brands I shopped. I never thought walking in that I'd wind up choosing a VW over traditional Asian, etc. options, but the car's very solid quality, roominess appointments, diesel efficiency and thrust, and smooth manual shifting sold me very quickly. There is something both to solid to more European cars and German engineering which suggest strong value to cost over other category options in my experience. More
