Internet bait/switch game played here. Bought 2022 Volkswagon Taos SE , notorious for missing coolant issues. Had to complain 3 times before finally getting head gasket checked and coolant leakage confirmed. Two months later all calls ignored and when I went to dealership Service Manager Basim Hanif was rude, obnoxious and became physically aggressive and had to be held back by the Audi Sales Staff. Complained to Saki the VW sales manager who promised he would resolve issue and all now he is ignoring calls as well. Brand new car and they don't want to fix it UNDER WARRANTY. Worst Service ever, as a US Marine Veteran I'm disgusted by the way I was treated. Tell all my Lakeland Football, Soccer, Field Hockey, Basketball friends and families to STAY CLEAR of this shady buisness! More
We were interested in a 40th Anniversary Edition GTI. Even though their website price was about $2000 over MSRP we drove 3 and a half hours to the dealership. Salesperson discussed the car and explained the features. We then went for a test drive with salesperson showing us where to drive. We drove on a very straight flat, somewhat congested road with no hills or curves. Then made a U turn and came back the same way. Don't think we exceeded 35 mph. This was a total waste of time. Then they show us all of the costs and mention they are adding a $10,000 surcharge on top of the already higher MSRP! Website said nothing about this! We then drove 3 and a half hrs back home. More
