A Pleasant Experience 2x Mohegan is my local VW store. I've always been a VW - German car guy, and in 2012 bought a Golf TDi. The purchase experience was good-fair price, no nonsense, and everything came as promised. Now, you may have heard the VW diesel had "issues". I was having some trouble with the TDi Buy Back program, and Mark, an Ambassador with the buy-back program, was able to get in contact with the buy-back folks, and smooth over a problem with the buy-back system. Thank you !!! Partly as a result of this great service, I leased a base Jetta S for my college student-Mark gave me a very good price, and again, the service, sale and delivery were first rate, no nonsense. VW stores get a lot of grief, but Mohegan and Mark would get my business again. I just can't figure out a way to get a Golf R into the motor pool :) More
