Excellent experience worth driving from CT!!! I found a car on car gurus at this dealership. I debated driving an hour and a half—- but wow, the guys made it so easy and they, and the car, exceede I found a car on car gurus at this dealership. I emailed Anthony Tezzi my questions about the car, and he and Mark, another very helpful associate, took several very close up pictures of The car for me. We negotiated a price over the phone and arranged for me to come pick it up. I drove home in the new car and I couldn’t be more pleased. As an aside, I will be driving an hour and a half, past all the local VW dealers, when my lease runs up on my other vehicle next spring so I can buy from them again. More

He gave us a great deal financially and even a TUTORIAL on my new car. After all the paper work was said and done, Steve came out into the lot and got in my new car with me. Sitting in the passenger seat, Steve spent about 15 minutes showing me all of the features my car came with. Honestly, I would not have known my car could do half of the things it could if it wasn't for this tutorial. Extremely helpful. Certainly feel like I am getting the most out of my new Jetta. Best Car Buying Experience of My Life I recently got a 2017 Alltrack from Mohegan Lake VW and could not have asked for a better experience. After doing some research I decided to check out the dealership even though there are ones significantly closer to where I live. The dealership was in pristine condition and everyone there was extremely friendly. I dealt with Steve Wells as my salesman and his knowledge of the car was extraordinarily impressive. Beyond his knowledge, he seemed extremely passionate about finding the right car for me and my lifestyle rather than just finding any car for me to buy. Chris in the finance department was also fantastic to work with. He made me aware of all the possible packages without any bias and let me make the decisions that I was comfortable with. As stated earlier, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Anyone who has even the slightest bit of interest in a VW should make their first stop Mohegan Lake.
