I want to give high marks for a recent service appointment. I had to order the part, and then made the appointment to have it installed. It was a part that had a lifetime warranty I was told, so I was happy with the honesty in which the matter was handled. The service appointment went very smoothly. The service advisor, Charlene Russo, went out of her way to ensure a swift installation and completion of the job. Charlene was fantastic! The other people I spoke to there were also very helpful when I noticed a small issue after the fact, and it was taken care of quickly, and without question! I've always had trouble trusting other dealers' service department, but your service area gets high marks from me. Charlene and the rest of the staff, from parts to installation, were top notch, and will be a big consideration when I'm ready to purchase my next vehicle, and will easily recommend Tasca to others for that same reason Thank you!!!! Smith Cairn Yonkers, NY. sold to Tasca. I have 2019 Crosstrek. On May 29 1st service appointment offered was June 19, and car needed to be towed there. Person who makes appo sold to Tasca. Sounds like new owner is beating them, not staffing properly. Can't get answer on questionable charges in 3 attempts- never a call back, never reached a service manager. . More

Good service department I bought my Forester here a couple of years ago. Not many miles on it but I bring it in for routine service every 6 months. Worst service Worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. I was having problems with my brakes even after I had changed the pads and was hoping that he Worst experience that I have ever had with a dealership. I was having problems with my brakes even after I had changed the pads and was hoping that he could help me. Unfortunately, he pressured me into getting unnecessary work done. I did some research and called him back to cancel to extra work, he claimed that they had already commenced and that it might be too late. He called later to inform me that they couldn't locate the lock nut keys and would have to cut them off for an extra fee. This was strange to me, how were they are able to start work on all the extras if they weren't even able to take the tires off? I told him to stop working on my car and called Subaru and the dealership in Canada where I bought the car, only to find out that they all have master keys. I picked up my car, paid the inspection fee and took it to another dealership that removed the locks in less than 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. After which, I drove over to Meineke and paid over $400 less than what Smith Cairns had quoted. I am disgusted with their tactics and still feel cheated months later. Therefore, do yourself a favor and spend some time researching before you step into that dealership. More
