Great experience, would definitely do business again! I was in search of a used vehicle for my wife. On my first day showing up to Tasca Nissan in E. Providence it was very cold and windy, however it didn I was in search of a used vehicle for my wife. On my first day showing up to Tasca Nissan in E. Providence it was very cold and windy, however it didn't stop Cannon from coming out to greet me. We sat in the car to get out of the cold as he knowledgeably answered all of my questions. I never felt any pressure to buy the vehicle as I had felt a couple of days earlier at another dealer. Cannon was very friendly and easy to talk to. The price was extremely competitive and in excellent overall condition for a car of its age. I returned about a week later after checking a couple more places and bought the car. My experience from day one through the day my wife and I picked up the vehicle was exceptional. I highly recommend Tasca Nissan in E. Providence and would certainly do business with them in the future. More

I wasn't looking for the car I got but after a few questions Josh showed me one that was a great deal and worked with me on the price and services until it was a right fit for me. The Sales manager Louie was also very friendly. The only down side in terms of professionalism was when I decided I didn't want the extended warranty option, the finance guy Stefan noticeably lost his temper slightly at my friend for asking for an eta on when the sale would be wrapped up (it had been about an hour and we were told it would take 15 minutes). However, again Josh was great and continues to check in with updates on the registration for me even after the sale, so I would highly recommend asking for him if you go. More

Salesman was great but the dealership itself ran flat for me Before taking a test drive I was told that the dealership went through the entire car, and inspected just about everything. When we tried to enter the car the remote was not working. The car battery was dead. After jump starting the car and getting it going, I noticed that the tire inflation system light was lit, which meant that nobody checked tire pressure. Although I liked and respected my salesman, I feel the service department did a disservice to the sales staff. I was told that all would be rectified. The second time I test drove the car after being told all was set. On the test drive the tire sensor light was on again. Is this how they go through cars? I was a little hesitant about the sale. Again the salesman was apologetic and embarrassed that the service department let him down yet again. They did finally make all the issues I had whole but I would hope that they learned something from this sale. There were other issues with the upper management that didn't sit well with me, but, by the end of the day I have to say I got a great deal on a great car Thank you Cannon for all your help. If it wasn't for Cannon I don't think I would have purchased this car. He was friendly, courteous, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. If you do go to Tasca of Nissan I would highly recommend Cannon, as he was just a pleasure to work with. More

He confirmed his answers with finance support staff, when needed, to share with us the correct information. He also would contact us by phone in a very timely manner when we would leave a voice message during the negotiations of the sale. I could not be there the evening that my wife was picking up the vehicle, but Josh helped me in making the experience special. While my wife was waiting in his office space, he had the car readied with a big red bow on the hood and red roses on the driver's seat. I highly recommend Tasca Nissan and Josh for your salesman!!
