I just want to say how glad I am to have a local dealer/service center that appreeciates its customers, and show it, the way that Nissan of East Providence does. I used to travel 45 minutes to Midd dealer/service center that appreeciates its customers, and show it, the way that Nissan of East Providence does. I used to travel 45 minutes to Middletown, Rhode Island to service my previous vehicles, because I demand good service. From timely & thorough repairs, to making the extra call to find a cheaper part (or cheaper engine), to a quick car wash; Charlie and this crew get it right...every time. Thanks again guys. More

Stay away!! Worst dealership to deal with! They lie and obsess over things that have nothing to do with why you are in there. I'm glad I found this out before I spent any money at this dealership! I went t obsess over things that have nothing to do with why you are in there. I'm glad I found this out before I spent any money at this dealership! I went to Nissan of east providence to get a few problems looked at and covered by warranty. I had been dealing with Nissan USA senior representative from corporate. The rep was very helpful and understood the issue. All I needed was a quote through a Nissan dealership on the cost of a repair. Not only did bob give me run around answers and avoid any confirmation of the issue but treated me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I had taken my vehicle to 2 specialist who both agree on the issue, but yet nissan of east providence "couldn't hear it". I asked to look at the seal and see that it's leaking...I got in response that it has been raining out and they can't tell..even though all they had to do was take a rag and wipe the transfer case in question. They are scam artist that claim to be a dealership, I will never buy any vehicle or get any vehicle serviced here. The worst people to deal with. The sad part is bob seemed to know zero about vehicles, but was great at coming up with excuses. I'm debating on ever dealing with Nissan ever again, hopefully the representive will come up with a solution to this claim. More

I went to the dealership looking for a used Altima coupe. After speaking with a sales person, I ended up looking at a 2012 coupe as there were no used coupes on the lot. I was told that the 2012 and the 2010 that I was hoping to find would be exactly the same in look/feel. I drove the car and loved it - which I new I would as I already owned a 2002 Altima with approx. 208,000 miles on it. When we got back to the dealership we talked about the possibility of me getting into a new car for just a bit more than what I anticipated paying for used. I appreciated all of the information/numbers yet did not feel pressure - real annoyed. I went home and did some thinking and quickly decided to go new if we could make the numbers work. After a few short days of negotiations and looking for the exact car I wanted, we were in business. I had a very good experience picking up my new car. The paperwork side went smoothly as did the tour of my new car. I have now had it for a few days and absolutely love it. I am thrilled with my car and am so happy that I purchased new. I would definitely recomment Nissan of East Providence to others looking for a Nissan. More
Negotiating with the sales manager, Jack, he mentioned getting a certification on the power/transmission (if anything broke, it would be fixed at no extra charge) which would add value to the car when we getting a certification on the power/transmission (if anything broke, it would be fixed at no extra charge) which would add value to the car when we went to sell it and would give us $400 off the price. We are thinking it's a good deal so we went for it. We go to sign the paperwork with the finance manager, he tells we should get a bumper to bumper warranty. We mention we already have the certification. Tells us it's not good enough. So being scared that something could go wrong and being under pressure to sign the papers, we get the 2nd warranty. Going home we think about it, we have 2 warranties but only need one. We go back the next day to return the car or at least have them return the $400 for the certification. They leave us standing around and didn't want to help us. They tell us that they can't do that, that we misunderstood them. They got us for sure. Now a month later, we haven't received the registration that we paid for them to do. Come to find out, haven't registered the car. So we are driving an unregistered car. I've never had to deal with such unprofessional people in my life. Once they got the money, they don't care about you or what they tell you to get the sale. And because we didn't go away, they didn't register the car. We have to make multiple calls to talk to someone or get someone to call us back. I would never buy from them ever again. Go anywhere else. You will probably get a better deal More
Wow what a terrible place to do business with. After a multi car family trip to Vermont, I had returned in uncles car to realize that my car keys had been left in my parents car who were on their way to C multi car family trip to Vermont, I had returned in uncles car to realize that my car keys had been left in my parents car who were on their way to Canada. Having to go to College and work the next day I was in pretty big trouble... I decided to call the Nissan dealership to bail me out. When I called them to see if they could make a replacement key for my Nissan Pathfinder they asked for my VIN number which I gave them and was put on a 10 minute hold. After the man on the phone returned he had told me that the key was could be made if I was to get there within the next 20 minutes because that is when they close (I live 30 minutes away). I had no choice, I told him make it ASAP and I would be there. I had to run to my neighbor's house and ask them for the ride with an emphasis on having him speed to get there. Luckily we get there with 2 minutes to spare (I was watching the cloak like a hawk). When we get there the person behind the service counter made a fairly rude remark about having to wait for us, although technically they were still open for 2 minutes, i checked their cloak. After ringing me up for what I thought was a fair price of $35 bucks for the key, he left into the back for a solid 10 minutes to return and let me know that they cannot make the key. He said that they were able to locate the key number perfectly fine but that his machine just could not do it. I asked why the heck he had me drop everything I was doing, beg someone to give me a ride and risk getting a ticket to get there before even attempting to make my key? His response was that he did not want to make the key and have me never show, wasting the materials. First off id like to say that the materials that it costs for them to create a duplicate key is around 50 cents, and 5 minutes, on top of that he could obviously tell on the phone that I was in a serious pickle and desperately needed the key. To make things even better he refused to provide to me the key number so I could go to the locksmith and have the key made my self, offering NO EXPLANATION as to why. This alone cost me $70 extra bucks because I had to call AAA to come out, remove the lock from my door and fit it to a new temp key. Overall this place is terrible, is they treat customer service like this, imagine what you will get with a car. You do not want to buy a car at a place that cannot even help you after they made their big money. Overall: Rude & dumb people, terrible service, only care about money, your better off at Inskip. They did not live up to their agreement. When I confronted them they told me money talks. They don't care about you, only your money. I turned up at the dealership after traveling 2 hours and 45 confronted them they told me money talks. They don't care about you, only your money. I turned up at the dealership after traveling 2 hours and 45 minutes with a certified check to buy the vehicle. They knew I was coming and knew that I lived almost 3 hours away. When I got their I was told the vehicle was sold. I said that I wanted to leave a deposit the day before and I was told by the sales manager, not necessary the vehicle is yours. When I asked why they would do that they told me money talks. I said you could have at least given me a phone call and told me not to come or turn around and go home. But nothing at all. Buyer beware. I have 5 phone calls into the owner and not even a courtesy call back. More
