Service diagnosis and repairs done in efficient manner Car misfired due to failure in one of the coils. As this appeared to potentially be a more involved repair needing Diagnostics first, Charlie (my Serv Car misfired due to failure in one of the coils. As this appeared to potentially be a more involved repair needing Diagnostics first, Charlie (my Service Advisor) was able to get me into a rent a car for the day.
