He was the first service manager I had that recommended the upgraded Anco windshield wiper blades, and it has worked out fantastically - much more durable and reliable than the standard replacements. Great Service Experience Had brought car in for numerous maintenance services to include Full Synthetic Works package, Tire Rotation, Fuel Induction Service, Coolant, Rear dif Had brought car in for numerous maintenance services to include Full Synthetic Works package, Tire Rotation, Fuel Induction Service, Coolant, Rear differential, State Inspection, Brake fluid and trouble shooting Tire pressure monitoring light (that had lit up a second time after I had checked all tires in recent past). All these were performed in a three hour time frame, and with great professionalism. Kyle the service advisor who worked with his technician Matt, provided updates on the car as I waited for it. He passed back tire information, alignment status, and recommended repair for the next visit. I highly recommend servicing your Mazda here for professionalism, quality service at reasonable cost.
