Excellent service My vehicle was way overdue for an oil change and Tasca was recommending Synthetic oil. When I questioned the reasoning, they were very polite and took My vehicle was way overdue for an oil change and Tasca was recommending Synthetic oil. When I questioned the reasoning, they were very polite and took the time to explain. My wait time was quick and I was informed of the outcome on the service provided.by the service staff. The only complaint I have is I should have been notified to go to the Seekonk Ford service dept. and not the Mazda one as they temporarily closed the Mazda one. I sat for 10 Minutes waiting for the MAZDA service dept. to open, and was finally notified by a service tech in the garage that I had to go to the Ford service center around the corner. I ended up being late for my appt. With the numerous texts and emails I received reminding me of my appt. (actually so many was bordering on harassment), Tasca could have stated the change in the service garages Upfront. Or they should have posted a note on the Mazda service dept door. I have a Mazda, have always brought my Mazda to the Mazda service center, so how would I know to bring it to the Ford service center instead if I wasn’t informed!! More

Friendly service as usual The customer service managers, Kyle and Charlie, as always were polite and professional. However, it took over 2 hours to put on a new set of 4 tires, The customer service managers, Kyle and Charlie, as always were polite and professional. However, it took over 2 hours to put on a new set of 4 tires, which seems excessively long compared to previous tire installations I have had at other locations.
