Went in for A/C service on a Friday, recharge with dye completed and it was working great, however brought it back in about 3 hours later due to issue reappearing....service tech had it for no more than 1 completed and it was working great, however brought it back in about 3 hours later due to issue reappearing....service tech had it for no more than 10 minutes and automatically states a pricey condenser replacement is needed despite CONFIRMING they didn't even check to see if the dye was able to be seen anywhere indicating a leak....just that they felt warm air near the condenser....which of course i assumed they would feel warm air given it was just driven for 3 or so hours during a 90 degree day....seems to me it would make more sense to actually check for any dye presence in the system to identify where a potential leak could be, but not on their FRIDAY! They then let me know they would email me an estimate on that replacement, though its now been a week and i still have not received the estimate...just gave them a call and they said they will get it over to me, but not holding out hope for it. Lets see what happens, doesn't make me feel good to bring my car back here for service if this is how they operate. Who knows, next thing you know they will tell me i need an entire compressor and clutch replacement, after charging me another $150-$230 diagnostic fee! More

I called on Friday morning to get an oil change that afternoon. The guy I talked to said good schedule was pretty full but wanted to accommodate me and made it happen. Simple oil change & tire rotation completed. Took down wrong phone number, so couldn't call me when the car was ready. I had to call for status of vehicle. Purchased my vehicle from Tasca Seekonk 5 months ago. (Really liked my sales guy, Sean). Scheduled an oil change with Service Dept. at 9:30, 11:15a my car hasn’t even been touched yet and when it finall (Really liked my sales guy, Sean). Scheduled an oil change with Service Dept. at 9:30, 11:15a my car hasn’t even been touched yet and when it finally is, guess what, it needs $900 worth of work. Again, Purchased 5 months ago. Will not do further business with Tasca. Shop elsewhere. More
