Walked into Cranston Tasca on Saturday 11/4/23 looking to lease a white Mazada CX 5, April was helpful in the beginning, stating they had a 2024 white cx5 in New York, that I was told they put a hold on it, lease a white Mazada CX 5, April was helpful in the beginning, stating they had a 2024 white cx5 in New York, that I was told they put a hold on it, just as we were going to put down a deposit we were told they sold it, April stated she would keep looking for a white Cx5 and call me on Monday 11/6/23 also giving me her cell phone number, she did leave me a voicemail on Monday, I returned her call on Tuesday leaving her 2 voicemails, on Wednesday I texted her cell phone and left her another voicemail, still no return call, I reached out to April on Friday 11/10/23 by text message stating I was going to file a complaint, as soon as she got the text she texted me back giving me all kinds of excuses of why she did not return my call. Thankfully I went to Seekonk Tasca on 11/18/24 and dove off with my 2024 white CX 5 they will get my 5 star rating More
