After noticing a price drop on a vehicle I was interested in at Tasca ford in Cranston around 2pm on a monday I clicked the schedule a test drive button on the vehicles listing page. Within a short bit of time I had an email reply willing to set up a time to see the vehicle in roughly the hour and half it would take me to drive there. I arrived and was promptly handed over to Cannon who was friendly but didn’t come off as the typical salesman saying anything and everything to win your favor. He let the vehicle speak for itself and provided keys and a plate. The vehicle itself was exactly as advertised, the miles were accurate, the condition reflected better than the pictures and it had no unaddressed issues. Upon returning he kept his distance for a few minutes but made himself visible while I went over and around the vehicle. A very pleasant method in contrast to the typical experience of the salesman breathing down your neck instantly. The drive was followed up with a brief sit inside at Cannon’s desk where the advertised pricing and quoted fees were confirmed as correct and more than reasonable. Again a very welcome swap from some other dealerships in the area who are taking advantage of the current market to add in non disclosed fees upon visiting the dealership. I had arrived just after 4pm, by 5pm paperwork was being drawn up and the purchase was completed within minutes of finance room availability. Start to finish the experience was spectacular and exceeded any expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Tasca. More
