Service Honestly, I would have given a 1 star since my scheduled appt for the pickup of my MKC was missed. After waiting 2 hrs, I called in and Brittany was v Honestly, I would have given a 1 star since my scheduled appt for the pickup of my MKC was missed. After waiting 2 hrs, I called in and Brittany was very helpful. Evidently the Lincoln app not very reliable. Although service dept was booked, she was able to get my car in, set up pickup and delivery of a loaner. My tire was fixed and my car was returned next day. Brittany went out of her way to help me! So after initially being very frustrated, she turned it into an excellent experience. Thanks Brittany! More
