Eric Defalco Eric was excellent. Not only did he see to it that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner ( air bag recall ) he also identified another issue with Eric was excellent. Not only did he see to it that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner ( air bag recall ) he also identified another issue with a tail light that will have to be replaced under a recall that I was not aware of. I dropped my car off and Chris took EXCEPTIONAL care of me! I was a bit of pain with many phone calls with questions about my vehicle service, but Chris didn't seem to be bothered at all! He very promptly returned my calls with information, was very informative, happy, upbeat and engaging!! I was given a time my vehicle would be ready and as promised, my car was washed and waiting for me!! Happy I switched dealerships for my Lincoln repairs!! Thank you, Tasca!
