He is very pleasant to work with and was both informative and straightforward. He answered all of my questions about the “new” car and was fair and honest about our trade. Credit check and approval went quickly and smoothly, and although there was some wait time associated with the development of the paperwork, Bayo effectively assisted other customers while ensuring that we were not neglected in any way. Other managers and employees would also come up to say hi and congratulate us on our purchase. Document signing with Matt also went very efficiently. I stopped by Service to talk to Steve D’Elena about recalls and he took the time to talk and review the current status of everything I had questions about. I didn’t feel rushed or like he was not interested in helping me have all of the details I was looking for. We wrapped up our experience back with Bayo, who installed my plates from the trade, went over controls, set up a follow-up visit for some minor accessory work, and saw us on our way.
