Our salesperson, Don, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also patient, answering all of our questions. The sales manager, Jeremy, played an integral role in the sale. He listened to what we were looking for and located the car we wanted. Our service advisor, Ed, informed us of the routine maintenance schedule for our new car. Ed has been our service advisor since we purchased our 2020 Navigator. He is always professional and provides detailed information about any maintenance and repairs needed. Prior to purchasing the Navigator this week, we looked at the Cadillac Escalade. In our opinion, there is no comparison.
