I had some very minor issues with my 2013 500 Sport since new, so I decided to have it looked at. Those issues were looked at previously by the Chrysler dealer across the street before Metro had the dedicate Fiat service, but never resolved. So it took the car in, they gave me the loaner. 10 days or so later, I got call and was told to come pick up the car. When I did, none of the issues were addressed, so I made an appointment again, and later dropped the car off again. And it went on and on like this for 12 weeks. All the while, to their credit, they did give me a loaner, but no communication whatsoever, more than once they did not return my calls. Finally, in the week 12, I was told to come pick up the car, when I was approached by the mechanic, who was incredibly rude, yelled at me that there's absolutely no problem with the car, the problem with the car is me. Which brings out a simple question of if there wasn't any problems, why they replace all those parts, and what they were doing with my car for 12 weeks. The service manager's got involved, a nice chap named Mike. He arranged to keep the car there for the one last time to sort it out, so I did. Got a call the next day, went to pick it up. Mike round up everything well, we shook hands, the mechanic and service writer and all. The car? It came back exactly the way it went in 12 weeks prior, but I was just tired, and wasn't gonna pursue it any further. A couple of weeks later, I received Fiat service survey. This is specifically for the "last service visit." As I mentioned, Mike was decent, so we're the mechanic and the service writer at the pick up, but that doesn't change the fact of that 12 weeks, so I filled out the survey exactly as how I felt during that time. I did mention how Mike helped to sort it out, but I just had to give survey score for the 'last service visit' that was still piss poor. I got a call from Mike, he wanted to discuss th survey. I called back, he, while admitting that quality of the service was poor, in no uncertain terms, told me never to come back and go find another dealership. I just hope that I could have made this whole thing up, but it all really happened. More
Very Bad! Lewis Hadfeld , Service Manager over at Metro Fiat. Terrible Customer service skills, how did you get this job? You have no customer service skills an Lewis Hadfeld , Service Manager over at Metro Fiat. Terrible Customer service skills, how did you get this job? You have no customer service skills and you seem like you can't handle stress to well. Looking at the reviews I can see I wasn't the only one that left Metro NOT Happy! A Dealership that doesn't care about the customer only about selling cars which they are very bad at and will never be a Alfa Romeo dealer because of this shady customer service. It all starts at the TOP so Mr Hadfeld should be gone already! It's sad when you have to take your Fiat to a Chrysler dealership across the street instead More
