Can't believe I have to leave a public complaint to try and get some basic customer service. Dealing with Tasca Kia for a week to get a call back to address a warranty issue that hasn't been fixed for the and get some basic customer service. Dealing with Tasca Kia for a week to get a call back to address a warranty issue that hasn't been fixed for the third time. The use of automated attendants should be outlawed. Called told to dial "0" to speak to someone... and reverts to original message.. an endless loop. Chose service and got connected to "Sloan" an obvious auto attendant that was sending me to service rep only to be connected to "Sam" another auto attendant. When I request to speak to service rep I get direct to "Sam" again... another endless loop. So just chose the finance department and spoke to a real person, who couldn't wait to throw me back into the auto attendant loop again. Help! More
Don't bother bringing your vehicle in for a recall. You will be told a lie by kia that there is no remedy for such recall. The fact is that kia ...1. does not want to take the time to do such recall. Their techs are not smart enough to handle such recall. Unlike Toyota techs who will take the time. 3. Can the desk people not pick up the phone after seeing the appt roster and what each appt is for and call the customer and explain the situation before you drive down there then get told..sorry. we don't care that you drove down here in the morning on your day off. We would rather not care and not call the customer as a courtesy. 4. Why would a company put up a recall if your techs are not smart enough or savvy enough to find a remedy. Don't bother putting a recall up if your dumb company does not want to fix it. I will now sell my kia and go back to Toyota who will take the time to solve such appts. DONE WITH KIA. More

I chose this dealership because it was more convenient. I was not so pleased at first with the lack of communication which caused me to escalate to the General Manager. Once she was involved I continued to I was not so pleased at first with the lack of communication which caused me to escalate to the General Manager. Once she was involved I continued to receive weekly communications regarding the status of my car. The sales consultant was very supportive through the entire ordeal and communicated as much as needed. Overall once the escalation took place, things got back on track however it shouldn’t have gotten to that point. More
