I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart! More

Car drove nice and smooth. Then I met a manager Bruce who was very friendly from the get go and got talking on my car trade in worth just to get an idea as to what it's worth. I never once felt pushed to have to buy anything. I told them my needs and they helped me. I talked to Bruce over the phone that night 5-6 times as he ran numbers to get me the monthly budget I needed to feel comfortable moving forward to purchase the car. 2 days later I signed the papers for the car with an unbelievable rate. I cannot say enough how Joel and Bruce made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. I had questions about the niro behind a hybrid and I wanted to look under the hood. Joel answered what he could and got me all the info I needed for the car who a little more familiar with some things I was asking. It was a pleasure to do business here. More
