Yes they want a sale, but Tasca of Johnston is more about tailoring to your needs and finding you a vehicle that will make you happy. Gary was my sales consultant and from the start made me feel welcome. He immediately asked what I was looking for, my requirements (payments, features, etc.), and other additional info, before proceeding to look in the online inventory. We went outside and he pulled up two cars that would fit my needs and budget, one in which I fell completely in love with at first sight. We went on a test drive, he talked to me about the car and answered any questions that I had. He made certain that I was happy with my purchase and seemed to genuinely care. He said he has been in this business for 30+ years and it's evident that he loves what he does. The next day I picked up my shiny, waxed, vacuumed, freshly washed KIA Optima and he was there to greet me and assist me with the finalization. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and ask for Gary of course! More
