Ashley was amazing and really checked over my bill to make sure I was taken care of. My Ev6 was cleaned and tires rotated plus a multi point inspection. Cool people behind the counter at the service center. I like how you sometimes don't need an appointment ... you can sometimes get an issue fixed the same day, if you're willing to wait a few hours. I had 8 am appt for routine service and a system update, told them I would wait, it took over 3 hours. I wish they’d told me how long it would take so I could make other plans. The Service Advisor Ashley Farrell was exceptional as always. Very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive as always. He is the main reason why I keep visiting this location to get my Kia serviced.
