He explained the differences and advantages of each car, told us about the different options, and took us for a test drive. He also discussed with us the facts about buying vs leasing. He gave us figures for each so we could compare. It was totally a no pressure experience, Brian's main concern was to get us what we wanted for a price we could handle. He took his time with us and answered all our questions/concerns, all with a confident demeanor and a great smile! We took all the information he gave us and told him we would consider everything and get back to him. Instead of being annoyed that we didn't buy a car on the spot, he shook our hands and walked us to the door.
