None were as easy to work with, eager to help and un-pushy as Kia of White Plains. Some of the high end dealerships should take a step back and check out this place and take notes. We were greeted warmly and our salesman was very knowledgeable. He offered a test drive and didn't rush us. He listened to things that were important to me as the buyer. He asked when we might buy one and then the "how can we make this happen today" but without a full court press. When he jotted up the price, it was a no-argue-great price and having been looking, there was not much need to haggle. I had some things added (though he offered to have it ready same day--- extra points) but with the added features, a couple of days later. It was in perfect condition and he explained all the features for me (lots of nice tech details). I would highly recommend this dealer and especially, Victor Franco. He's A+. More

Honest, straightforward, customer oriented experience. Early this year, I had an horrific experience with Yonkers Kia over a lengthy repair - a repair that, as it turns out, they never did. This was exacerbated by Corporate Kia - while I give them credit for initiating contact with me after my Twitter complaint, they further wasted my time after extending no type of compensation for my poor treatment. At this point - in spite of being otherwise quite pleased with my Soul purchase - I'd made a mental note to never buy another Kia again. And was willing to offer to anyone and everyone within earshot why. Until I later brought my Soul for maintenance service to Mr. Julio Zallo of White Plains Kia. After quickly attending to my auto, I was surprised to discover that he had the fortitude to acknowledge to me that Yonkers Kia -vas I'd always suspected - had actually never corrected the recall related issue that led me to bring it to them in the first place. Not even after they had my car 5 hours beyond the 1 hour time frame they'd indicated to me it would take to perform the repair. Frankly, if it were not for Mr Zallo, I never would have found out - unless it would have been the hard way (car accident, etc). I was impressed by Mr. Zallo's strength of character - he could have easily simply looked the other way and only just serviced the car as I'd requested. At the time I'd told him nothing about the earlier incident; he had simply volunteered to me that his vehicle inspection was inconsistent with it's recorded service history. He went above and beyond the call of duty - he was unaware of my presence when I'd overheard him on the phone informing someone that he will be perform my repair free; at a loss to himself, since my service records had (falsely) indicated that it had already been done. I requested him to inform me if this ultimately were the case to let me know, so I could throw an absolute fit on his behalf. It all panned out in the end, for all involved. I've been going to White Plains Kia for servicing ever since, and - as long as Mr, Julio Zallo is running the show there - will never get my car serviced anywhere else again. More

They were highly efficient in handling all the red tape -- insurance, registration, etc. -- and once we made up our minds what we wanted the whole process went very quickly. There were never any bait and switch type tactics they were up front with the prices and what they had in stock and never made any promises they couldn't keep. The sales person Victor Franco was friendly, knowledgable, and extremely professional throughout every step of making my deal. Sam Tuthhill was also very helpful and knowledgable when we went on a test drive he was able to answer all our questions as well as educating us about the vehicle we were testing. Sam was also the person who went over the entire vehicle when we picked up the car and made sure we were comfortable with it as well as Victor Franco. More

White Plains Kia is amazing....My lease was going to expire in August and I didn't want to pay for an inspection..I erroneously went back to YONKERS D White Plains Kia is amazing....My lease was going to expire in August and I didn't want to pay for an inspection..I erroneously went back to YONKERS Dealership thinking I could get a great deal as a returning customer. WRONG!!!!!!!! Feeling disheartened I remembered Tatiana from the White Plains dealership had invited me to visit their location....Had it not been for her professionalism and likable exchange of pleasantries I wouldn't have given it a second thought...She told me to come in and see Wilson Velez who was quite accommodating. I was in and out in 20 minutes or less feeling extremely satisfied. He took the time to put ME first and cater to MY needs as a potential customer. He then referred me to Victor Franco who was very charming and personable as well. Paper work was completed and I was out the door feeling great. The receptionist was great too but I didn't catch her name. THANK YOU WHITE PLAINS KIA FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!! More

They will make you sit and wait till the sales rep makes at least 5 trips to manager to "consult and get the best possible deal you will be happy with", at the end you do not want the deal and the car. Not here! Me and my wife just walked in, settled in comfortable waiting area with coffee and tea, and I went to tell what I want (which car at what price... I was shopping for a while already, knew what I wanted). The sales rep Sam listened to me briefly, then said: "No problem, let me talk to my manager"... oh G-d, same thing again... No! In less than 5 minutes the manager Wilson came by to announce that he agrees to what I asked for. Amazing! The whole "car dealer" experience actually could be short, simple and pleasurable. I was speechless. Of course we shook hands. I am very happy with this dealership, and the car I got. More

Extremely nice and helpful, explained all of our options and were very honest. Most of the time at dealerships I always feel like I'm being haggled and it's a number game, which I HATE. Kia of White Plains didn't do that at all. We explained our situation and our price range and got exactly what we were looking for (actually even a little less per month than we were expecting!), no games. (Plus an added bonus when you get to look at Brian for a hour! haha ;)) We ended up getting two Sorentos and have been raving about our experience to all of our friends and family, might've even convinced one or two to go check them out! More
