While they did repair and replace my engine, it took longer than it was supposed to. I was told multiple times it would be ready by one day, then that came and I was given another day, and that kept goi longer than it was supposed to. Because of that, I had to keep renewing a rental car I rented while my car was being repaired. Part of the deal was I would be reimbursed for that rental car. Because I like to prepare ahead, I rented the car longer than the time they promised, but when that day came to return it, my car still wasn’t ready, which made me have to pay extra to extend my rental reservation. After all was done with my car, I still have not as of 2 months received my reimbursement for the rental car. It is a will over $400 reimbursement and I was promised I’d receive it in a tiny fashion. I provided receipts, pictures, and everything they asked for, and still no refund as of September 11th. For context, I picked up my car around June 30th/ July 1st. More
