The service advisor told me the front and back four wheel drive me My 2020 Ford needed a repair. I made an appointment at Tasca Ford in Yonkers. The service advisor told me the front and back four wheel drive mechanism needed oil changes and it would cost a little more than $500. I mentioned I did not see that requirement in my car owner’s manual. He claimed it was required service according to Ford. I researched. It is not recommended by Ford. She even worked through her lunch break to make sure everything was sorted with the car. Swapped my plates, helped move personal belongings, and walked me through new features to my car. Even went as far as offered me some of her lunch whilst we waited for the car to be prepped. Definitely has great charisma and attention to detail to make the customer feel like family! I recently purchased my 2024 Subaru Outback Limited from this dealership and I am very pleased that I did. I searched for quite a while for my Outback that I wanted. The exact car was not available due to many Subaru dealers being pretty limted on certain inventory apparently! However manager Jorge was kind enough to locate the car with the specifics I requested and they had it brought to their lot for me!! ☺️ The whole transaction was clear, and the paperwork was handled professionally.
