Scheduled appt for a new lease on a vehicle 3 days prior to visit and they didn't even have the in the lot. Claimed someone had taken it to a different lot which was B.S...! I'm young and I feel like the ma to visit and they didn't even have the in the lot. Claimed someone had taken it to a different lot which was B.S...! I HAVE BEEN LEASEING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND ALWAYS HAVE HAD A 5 STAR SERVICE, LOUIE IS AN AWESOME SERVICE REP WHO ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME, AND DWIRGHT THE OWNER IS AN AWESOME PERSON WHO WORKS VERY VERY HAD A 5 STAR SERVICE, LOUIE IS AN AWESOME SERVICE REP WHO ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME, AND DWIRGHT THE OWNER IS AN AWESOME PERSON WHO WORKS VERY VERY HARD AT THE DEALERSHIP YOU SEE HIM PUTTING ON PLATES MOVING CARS I MEAN HE WORKS!!! THE SERVICE GUYS ARE VERY GGOD THEY COME OUT AND EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT IS WRONG AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT THEY RECOMMEND THAT SHOULD BE THEN THEY DON'T MAKE UP STORIES. WELL THIS IS THE BEST DEALERSHIP THE SALES MAN DO ALL THE PAPERWORK THERE IS NOW GOING TO THE MANAGER AND THEN TO TO ACCESSORIES GUY THEY DO IT ALL AND YOU GET THE BEST PRICES TRUST ME I GET A NEW CAR EVERY 30 MONTH FORD ALWAYS SEND ME THE EARLY RETURN OPTION SINE I ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY CARS!! Smith Cairns is the worst dealer you could possibly choose to bring your vehicle to. We own a fleet of ford vehicles and have always used smith cairns for service just becasue of the convenient locatio choose to bring your vehicle to. Over the years we have spent a little over 50,000 dollars servicing our vehicles. The same issues over and over kept on reappearing and when we would bring the truck back in for the same problem which we already paid to fix, thier work was never under warranty. Ford is suppose to stand by thier product and dealers hahahahha .... when you spend 10,000 to fix one truck and the same part becomes no good or defective and the dealer thinks of an excuse like too many idling hours then you know your being ripped off ... DO NOT GO TO THIS DELAER YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME.... More

Smith Cairns is without a doubt the Best Dealer I've ever dealt with . Jim Hill in sales is outstanding . No haggle , no BS . You deal with Jim and he has the authority to make the total sale . Smith Cairns has the right sales model for selling cars !!! No pressure and the price is the price ! No one has ever beat their price - ever ..... Include their outstanding service department and the executive/owner management (Dwight) and I don't know why anyone would ever buy a car from anyone else other than Smith Cairns Ford , etc. I wish they sold every automotive brand !!! More
