Spammer and annoying This dealership sucks when it comes to respecting privacy. One question about a car and your number ends up on all kinds of restroom walls. Three years later, we reconnected again, this time at the Smith-Cairns Ford dealer. There was no doubt that he was the person that I wanted to work with again. He is just as compassionate and caring as he was before. We emailed a few times before meeting up for 20 minutes for the paperwork. That was all it took to get the car I wanted at the price that I requested for. He actually helped me add in an extended warranty and additional coverage without changing the cost. Amazingly, Dejan came in to meet me to help me pick up my new car after being up all night with his wife at the labor and delivery unit having their baby. He is dedicated, honest, ethical, and just a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a hassle free experience purchasing a car from someone who truly cares about you, Dejan is the person to go to. Good luck! More

I called in trying to get some answers about new car financing and was promptly shuffled to multiple people with attitudes. Finally, the voicemail I was transferred to had a warmer greeting than the last 3 people I spoke with. Happy to take my business elsewhere. More

We looked at trucks squeezing through rows of tightly parked ones in the lot then ventured inside. 7 or 8 sales people there, two with no clients. No trucks in the showroom. I am 6 ft tall, my husband is 6 ft 4, relatively noticeable presence. No one stood up to greet us and no one even acknowledged us. The two free people were checking cell phones and looking down avoiding us. We left. When we got outside we decided to go back to at least get a brochure. Again we were invisible as we searched the disorganized showroom for a rack of brochures or at least a person that we could talk to. There they were! In cardboard boxes all tossed together on the floor of the back of the showroom. What a mess. We dug through and found a brochure on the 150 and again, everyone was texting or checking cells so no offer of help. DON'T GO HERE More
unhelpful and rude I dropped my car off for service early in the morning and had left for work that day. After I came to pick it up I brought it back home and went to wa I dropped my car off for service early in the morning and had left for work that day. After I came to pick it up I brought it back home and went to wash the car and noticed there was a dent on the side of the car. I drove right back to the dealership and since the guy that does service paper work (Benny) and the service manager, who was so rude and disrespectful I forgot to get her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag, had left for the day I spoke to eric and showed him where the dent was. Eric said he sees it and will have them call me first thing in the morning. I had to call them around 10am the next morning and their response was they will check the cameras, where was the damage and what, and call me back. Later that day after contacting a friend and explained the situation to him I got a phone call back by Benny telling me that the damage was reported 24 hours later and they could not do anything. I told him I went right back to Eric and showed him because everyone else left for the day. Benny's response was to have me come in the following day to have it looked at and I responded that I will be there by 5pm that day and who ever has to stay late needs to stay late. After I got out of work I went home and picked up the car as the car does not go anywhere but to family houses and Sunday drives with a friend. I pulled up to the dealer ship and they told me that it was there when I dropped it of and there is nothing they could do about it and produced a sheet showing me where the damage was but did not note the damage on the pass anger side that was previously there. The lady, that Benny pointed out was the service manager, then asked me if I was telling her how to do her job and the guy that checked it in. They only know what damage I complained about because Eric saw it that day and I told Benny where the damage was. I ask the service manager if she would fix the other damage that wasn't noted on the sheet because obviously the car was not properly checked over, she replied no because he only puts down what he sees standing at the car from a certain angle. I called my friend to ask a question and she asked if I was on the phone with someone from the dealership I replied no to which she stated I'm done with you and walked away. Very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and nasty. I can not believe she is a manger. I called ford to file a complaint with ford motor company who said they would send the complaint to the dealership as ford is not responsible for her actions or the dealership. More
Great customer service I am not an easy person to deal with but I received great customer service from my salesman. He won me over by basically listening to my needs. I am a I am not an easy person to deal with but I received great customer service from my salesman. He won me over by basically listening to my needs. I am a good judge of character and can tell when someone is being "shady". Even though I was asking for something that deep down I knew it was not possible he did not try to belittle me. I really appreciate that. After a couple of test drives and reviewing equipment I felt at ease. Fausto just gave me different options I knew the one I wanted but still thought about it for a few days. When I came back nothing changed and I was able to complete my purchase. I love my Escape, Fausto's service was great!!! More
It's crazy when dealership has problems with selling cars, I can understand service issues etc but selling new car how hard its is to nail a deal with customer who's ready to pay MSRP? We submitted o cars, I can understand service issues etc but selling new car how hard its is to nail a deal with customer who's ready to pay MSRP? We submitted online inquiry on http://Ford.com because we were shopping for new Mustang V6. This morning we got a call from 855-275-7181 inviting us to Smith Cairns dealership for test drive at 4pm and we were provided a confirmation # for our appointment. When we arrived 3:45pm nobody in dealership expected us, our confirmation # 80184184 didn't ring a bell to anybody and one sales person told me they don't know how to use it to look up information. To make the long story short Mustang we had been scheduled to test drive was not even in stock and sales person advised us to check Ford dealerships in New Jersey. I called back 855-275-7181 just to find out that they basically have no clue of what is in stock or not at dealership, they just a phone service inviting potential customers to closest dealerships. After I asked a girl on the phone about how fair it is to send people to dealerships to test drive something they don't have in stock she said it's not her job and hanged up on me. Just 6 month ago when we were shopping for new a SUV, wife and myself walked in to Honda Dealership on same Central Park Ave in Yonkers 30 min before closing. Model we were looking for was not in stock but we were offered another model, got a test drive and bought brand new Honda CRV. Nobody asked us to check Honda Dealerships in New Jersey ... More

I was approached and helped by Fausto, he was very attentive and answered all of my questions and then some. After spending some time and going over my different options I told him I have to think about it, I was expecting a barrage of managers to try to keep me there and make me stay. I was pleasantly surprised that this did not happen. After some due diligence I definitely realized that at the other dealerships I went to I did not receive the same service that Fausto gave. The place can use some updating but they make up for it in customer service. I would rather someone be straight up with me without any trickery like so many other dealerships attempt. I hope his way of doing business never changes!! If you are in the market for a vehicle make sure Fausto is one of your stops. More
if you are thinking about buying a vehicle from smith cairns ford in yonkers ny on rt 87 i recommend you dont. I bought a new vehicle at smith cairns, after 40,000 miles it broke down. I towed it to t cairns ford in yonkers ny on rt 87 i recommend you dont. I bought a new vehicle at smith cairns, after 40,000 miles it broke down. I towed it to the dealers and the service was horrible. After 2 hrs of waiting for the tow truck i was tired and wreary, i arrived at the dealer expecting some relief but this was not the case. The representatived was so rude and nasty , i was very polite and patient with her but yet the rude attitude continued. After filling up some information i was expecting a loaner due to the fact it was under warranty, but the service rep said no we cant give you a loaner untiil they know what is wrong with it. I thought to myself fair enough. The service rep did not even care how i was getting back home and acted busy expecting me to leave. As i was waiting for my ride i noticed the place was very dirty and unsanitary and thought to myself the place looks like the people that are working here. So as days passed i expected a call and there was none. I had to call many times to speak to the service rep when i did get through she was snapping at me again over the phone. I dont know why they were giving me the rude attitude I was very polite over the phone anyways the result was the engine was gone, let me remind you this was a new vehicle, They told me it would take around 2 weeks, so i asked for my loaner she said we cannot give you one until we found out the details of the problem and see if the problem was covered under the warranty. I was dumbfounded, the warranty should cover the engine but yet they hesitate to give me a loaner? What kind of service is this? So i call the next day trying to find out more of the problem, They only gave me the run around and the answering machine. I was so frustrated, and tried to explain my situation to another rep, He didnt even let me finish my sentence and put me to another line which i got the answering machine i was so aggrievated. Honestly this was a very very bad experience and i am still waiting for my car not being able to run my business properly. I am sure the sales rep will be very nice to you and trying to help you when you are purchasing a new vehicle but if you need service done dont expect the same service. They have so many broke down cars they are selling that need to get fiixed and when you go in for service they just want to get rid of you. I would never recommend this dealership to a friend or family and you should think twice about getting your vehicle here also. More
This dealer merges Ford, Mazda and Lincoln together. They treat customers like they are parts on Henry Ford's assembly line. Any mistake is the customer's according to their service manager Donna. The They treat customers like they are parts on Henry Ford's assembly line. Any mistake is the customer's according to their service manager Donna. They used to have great service but Louie and Tony are gone and Donna is trying to squeeze every penny she can from the customer. I was told that I would need to wait 3 weeks to have a front end suspension problem repaired that rendered a less than one year old Lincoln that I paid over $50,000 undriveable. Apparently, Donna and the ownership feel this is appropriate for premium service. Ford -- If you want a luxury brand, you need luxury service. This dealership is a prime example of why Lincoln will never equal BMW, Lexus, MB or the other true luxury brands. If you buy a Lincoln and need service go to White Plains Lincoln. They are locally owned and run and only sell Lincoln. They seem to value their customers. Unlike Donna and the ownership at Smith Cairns. This dealership has a great location, but that's about it.
