We were looking for a certified pre-owned Ford Escape and had heard many good things about Gibbons Ford. We had been in contact with them on and off for over a year via emails and phone calls. We finally had the opportunity to purchase a vehicle and headed off to Gibbons Ford. The customer service offered by Gibbons was fantastic. We originally were going to meet with Lisa, who I had been in contact with me via emails and phone calls; however, the timing didn't work out. She made sure that we were taken care of with Garria "G" Teel. G was great! ;o) She was not high pressure at all which we really liked. She made sure that the inventory we could chose from was within our price range. We test drove a vehicle that had just come in and we loved it! ;o) Since it was dark when we saw it, we came back a couple of days later to drive it again. G had everything taken care of so that we could drive it. We drove it, loved it, signed the papers on it and drove off with it that day. G is very detail-oriented and went over everything with us from the paperwork to the points about the vehicle. She made sure that I was comfortable during our visits as I was in extreme pain from a health condition. She definitely went above and beyond in her customer service. Gibbons Ford was the 4th dealer I visited on the day I found the truck I wanted to purchase. I was greeted when I arrived and felt good from that moment.
