TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT I will not ever go back to this dealership. I dealt with Service Manager Mike who is the most condescending xxxxx ever. From the start I was lied to a I will not ever go back to this dealership. I dealt with Service Manager Mike who is the most condescending xxxxx ever. From the start I was lied to about rental cars. They said they offered rentals which turns out wasn't true. They accused me of damaging my brand new car and would not cover under warranty. They lied to my insurance company making false accusations, even my insurance company told me how preposterous there explanation of the damage was. They "misplaced" parts and made me wait longer until they received the new parts. Their service timer is relatively slow taking them three days to receive OEM Ford parts. Absolutely awful and I will do everything I can stop people from ever dealing with their service department. There is no worse feeling than feeling like your being taken advantage of and lied to so they can make more money because that is what happened to me. More
Terrible customer service Don't know where to start. I dropped the car off on a wednesday night with the hope of getting it back by Saturday. Things started off good. Was told to rent a car and rental fee would be taken off car. So monday came and car was not done. Got a call Monday night at 5pm telling me not ready, hopefully Tuesday. Now I have to scramble to get to work at 4am. Tuesday came and went. Got a call wednesday night , 5pm, saying car not ready hopefully Thursday. Again I have to scramble to get to work at 4am. Pattern went on all week. Friday night came and was told I would get a call Saturday to let me know whats going on. Never Happened. Stranded again. Different issues with car. Always something. Brought car to Ford because I thought Ford could fix a Ford. Monday came and I was told car would be ready "realistically" on Wednesday, and that I would get a call on Tuesday. Never got one until I had to call at quitting time. Finally got car 2 weeks later and had to pay for a car that wasn't even fixed. I understand cars are cars and you run into problem but the customer service part of it was HORRIBLE. Everyday left scrambling to find a waty to work because of no calls till to late. More
Bill St Hilaire is the reason we still service our car here! We have purchased 3 cars from what was Morande Ford, now Tasca Ford through Bill St Hilaire and had all of them serviced through Bill for at least 12 We have purchased 3 cars from what was Morande Ford, now Tasca Ford through Bill St Hilaire and had all of them serviced through Bill for at least 12 years now. When the dealership was sold, I was very concerned as we buy tires, brakes, oil changes, general maintenance reglarly scheduled through Bill! He is the only reason we have not gone elsewhere. He is very knowledgeable about all cars, parts, et. He is trust worthy, and a man of honor, courteous, and a great human being! We would not trust our vehicles to any one but Bill! More
