I was referred to this service department by a friend in I was referred to this service department by a friend in R.I. from his past great experience. He talked very highly of the technician (Chris Green)an I was referred to this service department by a friend in R.I. from his past great experience. He talked very highly of the technician (Chris Green)and the service department. I am very meticulous with my SRT and don't like to let it out of my site. With that said I drove all the way from Maine to Rhode Island to have my SRT worked on. The technician had to diagnose and repair a issue with the internals of my transmission. The repair was done and done right the first time! I couldn't be happier with the over all customer service or the technician's knowledge. I also would like to thank the service manager Greg Palazzo for being such a stand up guy and seeing that my over all experience was a great one! I highly recommend this dealership and it's service department. More
