The whole team was easy to work with! I called Tasca for service on my daughter’s Jeep Cherokee. Kayla was so helpful and Professional. Which made me think Tasca maybe be a good place to b I called Tasca for service on my daughter’s Jeep Cherokee. Kayla was so helpful and Professional. Which made me think Tasca maybe be a good place to buy a car. (Most service department can be annoying to deal with) My daughter and I started looking around the lot. Jason came out and gave us lots of good info on the car my daughter was interested in. A couple of days later we went back. We made a deal on a Jeep Compass that had every option she was looking for. Recalls done the easy way. I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. The mileage is very low and I ride my motorcycle most of the time, so I wasn't in a rus I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. The mileage is very low and I ride my motorcycle most of the time, so I wasn't in a rush. Set up the appointment, took my truck in to Crystal for the write up. She double checked to make sure any parts required were available so I left it for a few hours. Job done and I was called to let me know my Ram was ready to pick up. I, myself, many years ago worked as a Service Adviser so I think I qualify to evaluate my visit to the service department. Getting an appointment:Easy. Drop off and write up: Easy. Notification of completed work: Great. Work done: Done well. Attitude of all I encountered: Outstanding and knowledgeable. It was like being taken care of by family. More
