Recalls done the easy way. I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. The mileage is very low and I ride my motorcycle most of the time, so I wasn't in a rus I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. She double checked to make sure any parts required were available so I left it for a few hours. Job done and I was called to let me know my Ram was ready to pick up. I, myself, many years ago worked as a Service Adviser so I think I qualify to evaluate my visit to the service department. Getting an appointment:Easy. Drop off and write up: Easy.
