Not the review i wanted to complete but unfortunately it cannot be unsaid. Had an appoint on Thursday 9 AM to drop off my vehicle for a big repair job (roughly a full days' worth) My sales advisor let me cannot be unsaid. Had an appoint on Thursday 9 AM to drop off my vehicle for a big repair job (roughly a full days' worth) My sales advisor let me know no later than Saturday id have my vehicle back. Sadly, My vehicle wasn't completed until Monday so i was charged a bit more then quoted due to the Mechanics delay in getting to my vehicle or overbooking big jobs. My advisor told me the vehicles repairs didn't begin until Friday. Not the day of my appointment. they left me without transportation for 5 days. Still not a problem, i pay the $3,100.00 bill and get in my car... The driver's seat is broken which I did not bring in my vehicle in that condition. Advisor told me the mechanic broke my seat and quoted me on the repair job another $2,975.00. Aside that they messed up my Bluetooth Mic. i was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 5pm when that department would've been closed, I even asked the advisor to confirm what had happened "so you were going to give me my vehicle messed up and not say anything" and proceeded to nod yes. Jose is not to blame for the damages caused to my vehicle under the mechanics care but to not even compensate and right the wrongs the mechanics caused was the final straw for me. corporate needs to be made aware of how business is being handled at this location. More

This is the first time I worked with Jose and it was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. He explained everything to me when I first arrived (my Uconnect radio was havi exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with.
