Shocked by lack of customer service Bill Stasek, you have lost a customer. I brought my 2005 Trailblazer in for service on a wheel backing plate and front headlamp. The car was run Bill Stasek, you have lost a customer. I brought my 2005 Trailblazer in for service on a wheel backing plate and front headlamp. The car was running fine when I left it with the service department and when I picked it up it was starting and running extremely rough and loud. Bill Stasek's service manager Dean was defensive saying it "wasn't their responsibility" and must have been bad timing. He wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee to look at the problem caused while my vehicle was in their care and would not work with me. I have been a happy Chevy owner and customer of Bill Stasek for years and was so completely shocked by their lack of customer service and defensive "it's not me" attitude that I will never return and take my business elsewhere. Business must be so good that customer service is not important at Bill Stasek and I will gladly pay a diagnostic and repair fee to someone who cares about their customers. More
Horrible service. I was told it would b an hour and half to get my oiled changes asked if I could come back came back and wastes another hour and a half. Tom Boyer is a great representative for Stasek Chevrolet. I was having a problem with my Equinox's Bluetooth system. I was unable to use the hands-free calling system. I had been in many times working with T I was having a problem with my Equinox's Bluetooth system. I was unable to use the hands-free calling system. I had been in many times working with Tom trying to solve the problem. Each time he would go forth with the next step in problem resolution. The final appointment resulted in the problem being solved. Tom had a technician work on the car both alone & with me for 2 hours to solve the problem. I left Stasek with my Bluetooth System fully operational. His patience, demeanor, & problem solving skills are an asset to Stasek Chevrolet. Stasek truly stands by their cars. They are a great dealership for purchasing & servicing cars. More
Stacy Hall was not my sales consultant when I purchased my new car. I was having problems syncing the phone to the car. Stacey Hall resolved the problem very quickly. In addition, he gave me his business card for any future problems I might encounter. I went back to him again to try to resolve another problem the following day. He is an excellent representative for Stasek Chevrolet. He has great attributes of friendliness, patience, & exceptional knowledge. I would recommend Stacy Hall to anyone that is in the process of purchasing a car from Stasek Chevrolet as an outstanding sales consultant. In addition, Stasek Chevrolet is a car dealership that does try to please their customers & resolve problems related to their cars. More

I brought my car in for service the other day, and as soon as I entered the bay Mr. Nitti approached me with a smile. Usually I would wait a few minutes in other dealerships. He listened to what I had to say and fixed my car very quickly and I haven't had any problems with it. I have never been shown so much hospitality at a car dealership in my life. I was visiting relatives in Illinois when my car's alternator gave out. Stasek Chevrolet was the first place I went to. They were booked solid for three days. My sister asked if they could fit me in since I could not leave the car. Apparently, a mechanic skipped lunch to fix my car. They even washed the car and had the A/C running so the car was cool when I got it. My brother in law just got his Lexus back and commented that the service department even sets the correct time on the car's clock. I was surprised to see the correct time set on my car's clock. That never happens with my Chevrolet dealer back home. Thank you, Stasek Chevrolet. More
