I had a nail in my rear tire. I made an appointment with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket to have the tire replaced $750. The parts person was very nice and had the the tire at the dealership when J arrived. The dealership is 30 miles from my home so we drove very careful not exceeding 50 mph. As I was pulling into the dealership I received a call from Tiffany Pembleton telling me that the computer system was down and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. I pulled into the service bay because I didn’t want to risk damage to the car by driving it back home with the nail still in it. As I pulled into the service bay I could hear someone shouting at me that I needed to get my car out of the Brian’s off the property. As I got out of the car I told Ms Pembleton that I was going in to see the manager. She kept following me hounding me. I asked her to get away from me but she kept following me. Finally I looked at 2 sales people in the show room and said you are a witness I am telling this woman to get away from me. I finally reached the sales manager who rectified the situation and changed my tire. I was so upset I placed a call to the general manager to please call me. The general manager never called me until I posted a bad review. When I asked why he didn’t call me he said he felt the problem was resolved. He further added that she does a lot of business for him. I was so taken back by his lack of response that this will force me to seek another dealer to service my car. More

I had a great experience with everyone. They were all kind and explained the whole process. My vehicle needed some work prior to the purchase. Everything was looked over and fixed. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the sales floor, the kindness to my children who were VERY excited about their moms new truck, the helpfulness and recommendations for additional products and services, the candid opinions. All in all, it felt like I was cared about and that my happiness mattered. This attitude makes me WANT to buy from this dealership and recommend this dealership to others.
