I was visiting relatives in Illinois when my car's alternator gave out. Stasek Chevrolet was the first place I went to. They were booked solid for three days. My sister asked if they could fit me in since I could not leave the car. Apparently, a mechanic skipped lunch to fix my car. They even washed the car and had the A/C running so the car was cool when I got it. My brother in law just got his Lexus back and commented that the service department even sets the correct time on the car's clock. I was surprised to see the correct time set on my car's clock. That never happens with my Chevrolet dealer back home. Thank you, Stasek Chevrolet. More

the crapiest dealer around they refuse to honor thier salespeople deals! they put their cars out the web at low prices to lure you in and then use refuse to give you that price. Bob Staasek is a rude prick and iwould never step foot back in that dealership the are all slimes and dont care about the customer all they care about is their pocket books. I would recommened not going to there dealership for anything if they cant sell you a car without jagging you around imagine what they do once they have your car in for service! More

Have bought 3 vehicles from Stasek - 2 new, i used over last 10 years. They truely want to satisfy their customers. Bill Stasek personally helped prep our latest vehicle just to make sure all was well. The last 10 years. They truely want to satisfy their customers. They have done a great job of keeping us informed, providing a loaner, doing the job right, and returning the car cleaner that it went in (washed and vacumed).
