Great experience at Bill Stasek Chevrolet. Our sales person, Stacey, was very easy to work with and really knew a lot about the car(s) we looked at. They had put together a fair deal that worked for us! The staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable throughout our purchasing experience. Stacey stayed late to complete our purchase AND he then spent about 30 minutes going over all the vehicle features in great detail. This is my second vehicle purchased from Stasek, the first only two years ago (a used Chevy S10 Pickup)... When it was time to trade the pickup's cargo space for something with people space, I turned to Stasek's website to see what was available in my price range and style I wanted. Found a used Dodge Caravan that fit the bill perfectly. A quick call to verify the caravan was still in stock and make an appointment and I was set for the following day's trip. Arriving a bit late due to construction traffic, the sales staff made us feel more than welcome and well taken care of, offering coffee, tea, popcorn, in addition to some of the friendliest staff I have seen in any auto dealership. Logan took great care of us, working within my budget limit, never trying to upsell us to a more expensive vehicle. After a brief test drive and allowing them to review my pickup as a trade-in, we struck a deal for a fair and reasonable price. Logan then passed us on to the Finance Office and Krystal who worked her magic on securing financing for me, and arranging tax, title, plates, and other details I would have forgotten about without her help. In short: Genuinely friendly and honest staff, fair prices, and they actually LISTEN to their customers- all things in too short supply in today's marketplace. More
