This is an UPDATE to my review. The auto was inspected by the regulatory third party independent Inspector and the car FAILED the SAFETY REQUIREMENTS for air bag safety. The dealer did not advocate for the customer and the factory was NO help and even unwilling to address the recall issue. NOW THE NHTSB GOVERNMENTAL REGULATORS ARE INVOLVED AND THEY MAY FORCE HYUNDAI TO TAKE BACK THE CARE AND ISSUE A CUSTOMER REFUND SINCE IT IS SO UNSAFE. This is not a bad car overall but what is HORRIBLE is that the FACTORY is so IRRESPONSIBLE and has such DANGEROUSLY NEGLIGENT POLICIES that they should be banned from selling unsafe cars in this country. JUST LIKE THE FDA BANS A DRUG OR MEDICAL DEVICE THAT IS UNSAFE.

We contacted Mr. Offner to offder an apology and to ask him to bring the vehicle in for a thorough check. One of our highly experienced technicians made a mistake however, all services and recommendations were accurate (including a battery test that recommended a new battery) We thank Mr. Offner for his understanding and we assured him that his issues will be addressed Hopefully, we can earn his confidence and trust which is paramount to our way of doing businees
