There are quite a few Hyundai dealers in the NYC metropolitan area but I would rate Central Avenue Hyundai tops in terms of service and customer satisfaction. More

Jay Strassberg helped me out and set me up for my next appointment. Was initially disappointed that the service location moved but I am pleasantly impressed with the service & parts team at this new location. How's it possible that they can get better when they've been awesome already? I guess true to form, they continue to excel at customer service! More

Upon entering the service center, our party was greeted and attended to immediately. We were escorted to the advisors desk where the customer service associate Ms. Evi, had a wonderful smile and personality. Ms. Evi was very helpful with processing the work order and when we had an issue with one of the tires, Ms. Evi summoned the service manager, Mr. Jay Strassberg, who presented himself immediately. We were invited into his office and Mr. Stassberg without any hesitation solved our dilemma concerning the tire on our new Hyundai vehicle. The time to perform the service was quick and less than one hour. A new tire was order immediately to be put on the vehicle at our convenience. This was done with a great and professional attitude by all involved. The White Plains service center is very new, with a great accessible location, friendly knowledgable personnel and management, a waiting area with a state of the art coffee, hot cocoa , tea, etc and very clean restrooms. Our experience with the White Plains Service Center was more than we anticipated and we are looking forward to a long relationship with the service center. I highly recommend this service center to anyone owning a Hyundai automobile. More

She went above and beyond to get my tire replaced without me having to drive all the way to the service department. One of your techs. came to the Bronx, picked up the tire, replaced it, brought it back next day and even installed it for me. Shannon's dedication and integrity is impeccable. Great Service !!! Zero stars horrible customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!!! I have a 2017 sonata just got it in September . Today 1/23/17 I had a check engine light come on while driving . Called Hyundai got first a rude lady telling over and over there policy not finding or even suggesting any solution . IF I brought in my car it would have to stay there for 24 hours to see if they can find the problem ,know that this my only transportation and I live in ct. I ask if they would loan me a car , it would of been great customer service if they but no I would have to rent the car . When every other dealship that I have owned a car Honda, Nissan and Volkswagen loans you one for free.I end up take it to the Hyundai in Stamford who were beyond nice , who except the warranty no hassle they from the beginning offer to accommodate me in a car while they fix it. I bought the car from white plains but will take my business to Stamford love them super nice. I was panic over the light and being careless they made the process smooth and no complications . Go to Hyundai of Stamford if you are near ct you will noticed the difference . More
