Service is always great that's why I have come here for years. But how about some cheap stackable chairs that could be moved around outside to set in the shade but not shared like the benches. My new to me 2015 Yukon XL needed struts, the all weather mats installed and a new left tail light in addition to the 2 new keys I was owed from the purchase. I was able to drop it off first thing and pick mats installed and a new left tail light in addition to the 2 new keys I was owed from the purchase. I was able to drop it off first thing and pick it up the next day. I was offered (but did not need) a drop off within the area. It was a quick and easy event and the service went as scheduled. The only issue I saw was the all-weather mats didn't have the little clips quite right. To be fair I have not brought it up to the dealer as I have needed the vehicle since I had the service performed. Thank you to Lenny for being a very easy going and easy to work with Service Advisor.
