I have always been pleased with the quality of work, customer service and just overall friendliness of any staff member I run into. The service department does not suggest any service that is not needed and they deliver without question on what they promise. I know...dealership service prices! Check them out, I think you will be pleasently surprised, they are competative. More

The appointment was scheduled for the same day which I really appreciated. After the diagnosis I was informed that my high pressure fuel pump was leaking and needed to be replaced under warranty. I was promptly given a new 2012 loaner Regal to use for the afternoon so I didn't have to wait for the repair to take place. My estimated time for repair was spot on and I was able to pick up my car later the same afternoon. Upon returning to the service department, Rita met me outside with the paperwork already finished and I was back on the road within minutes. The staff at Dick Norris are always very professional every time I come in for service they are friendly and helpful no matter what the issue is. One thing that I love about the service department at Dick Norris is that my vehicle is always returned to me clean and free of grease or oil stains on my interior that I have encountered with other GM dealers in the past. I am really picky about the way my car looks and I know that it will be returned to me spotless and just the way I dropped it off. This is the only place I will take my Regal for service. More
I have been a customer for a long time and this is the second Yukon XL I own and have it serviced at this dealer. But, it seems like over the years 'Completely Satisfied' is history and quality of servic second Yukon XL I own and have it serviced at this dealer. But, it seems like over the years 'Completely Satisfied' is history and quality of service is down!! Sequence of events - 1) A month ago I brought it in with a complaint - making a squeaky noise not only when engaging brake pedal but also at slow speeds. I was advised resurfacing rotors would fix the issue. The noise seemed to be gone. 2) 3 to 4 weeks later, the noise was back and I brought it back. This time I was advised over the phone that pads need to be replaced and they were on special etc. When I went to pick up, I learned the pads were surfaced/cleaned, anti squeak applied etc. and didn't need replacing. It cost me additional(same as replacing). I argued with adviser that it did not make sense to me that a) pads and rotors cause noise when brake is not engaged and b) that I am having to pay again. I was given assurance that it is fixed. 3) I was back the very next day - the noise was worse and this time I test drove with mechanic. When I picked it up, was given the assurance it is fixed - the assembly was taken apart, debris cleaned etc. etc. I started driving and hadn't left your lot when I heard squeaky noise again. It was making a high pitched noise but this time only on braking. 4) I was back the very next day - since I picked up late the day before and everyone had left. Now I was told I need "factory" pads and I needed to pay additional!!! I met with owners assistant that day, emailed owner on Oct 14th and a follow up on Oct 24th and still haven't heard back!! The complaint is same as day one - high pitched squealing not only when you brake but also when you drive at slower speeds. More

We own a Saturn vehicle. We came to Dick Norris because Saturn was closed down by GM and our vehicle was still under warranty. Dick Norris was our designated dealer to bring the car to for service now that Saturn was closed down by GM and our vehicle was still under warranty. Dick Norris was our designated dealer to bring the car to for service now that our Saturn dealer was no more. And are we glad this happened. Initially we felt so bad because we lost the dealership we purchased our car from. But that turned out to be an actual good thing for us. Max Johnson and the guys took such excellent care of us that we became instant friends of the Dick Norris family. They made us all feel so welcome and took such good care of us that we ended up purchasing another vehicle from Dick Norris. The service department takes great care in making sure your car needs are met. The are honest and reasonable. They will never sell you anything you do not need. We are very happy with Dick Norris and the gang. We expect to be GM customers as long as Dick Norris stays in business and keeps people like Max working for them. We highly recommend them to anyone. Dick Norris is truly an outstatnding dealership in every way. I purchased a 2000 GMC Safari Minivan new at Dick Norris. Rita in the service department has taken care of the vehicle's service requirements over most of the past eleven years. All aspects of the service department have been superb. The entire staff believes in going the extra mile to service your vehicle quickly and efficiently. Yesterday I came in to have the oil changed on the minivan which now had over 110,000 miles. While waiting, I noticed a 2011 GMC Acadia Demo that was just beautiful and caught my eye. Steve Newcommer happened to be out by the car with Mr. Norris and was quick to say hello and asked if he could help me. To make a long story short, I bought the car because I felt so strongly that I would continue to receive the same excellent service that I had received in the past and enjoy the benefits of a long lasting GMC product. Thank you for setting such a fine example for an automobile dealership More

ALL the people in the different departments there are warm and friendly and make you feel like a valued customer. Have had 3 different vehicles, 2 of which were purchased there, serviced there for the past 11 years as well. I do not recall a time when I had to bring my vehicle back to fix something because it wasn't done right the first time. Will be in the market for another vehicle within the next 12 months and Dick Norris Buick-GMC will be high on our list for our next vehicle purchase. One thing I would change is when you've left your vehicle for service and it is ready to go when you come to pick it up, have the paperwork there with the cashier so you don't have to wait to see the service adviser to get the paperwork. It would expedite your process of paying for the services and getting on your way. If it is necessary to speak with the service adviser you could be advised at that time when you pay. Thank you for providing continued high quality service. More

When I arrived on Tuesday April 19, 2011, he as attentive and gave me some explinations as to what the problem might be. I told him I was leaving the vehicle and he said he would call me. Three hours later he called and I proceeded to pick the car up. Upon reaching the dearlership, he promptly explained what was found and walked with me to get the paperwork. His attention to me, and joyous personality reinforced the reason I bought my vehicle from the Dick Norris Dealership. Respectfully, Claude Morgan 2009 Buick Enclave More
I have given this rating because I have always liked the hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my c hospitality, and working with Brent Boostrom (Service Rep) for several years when I brought my car in. I had an appointment with Brent to bring my car in to check on the brake job that had been done in December because there was a scraping noise from the brakes. So I came in January to have them look at the brakes again in regards to this scraping. I consulted with Brent about what the brakes were doing since he was my Service Rep in December, and the maintenance replaced those brakes with the factory made brakes that were on my car originally. Now my brakes are fine and they don't make that noise anymore. He discussed things with Rita about the brakes since she is my new Service Rep. More
