Fast Fix It may be Spring, but it is already AC time. My wife called me on the way home from work to tell me her AC was blowing warm on her Acadia. Max Johnson got me right in the next morning to have a look at the problem. Evaporator was bad, but it was out and replaced in <2 hours. Great service on such short notice. The right path I had been driving Japanese cars and most recently a 2009 Honda Pilot for almost 35 years and wanted to drive American. One day on may home I notic I had been driving Japanese cars and most recently a 2009 Honda Pilot for almost 35 years and wanted to drive American. One day on may home I noticed a Jeep Gran Cherokee in the parking lot of Dick Norris so I inquired. It was beyond what I wanted to spend, but after further conversation with John Bruno we found something that he felt might fit. He had taken in a trade and it was a 1 owner 2008 Jepp Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. The price was right, the trade was fair and a couple of hours later I was driving home in my Jeep. To this day I get giddy every time I get inside of it, I can't explain it, but I like it. I go back to this dealership for everything, having tried and been very disappointed at Ferman Jeep, Dayton Andrews Jeep, Suncoast Jeep and the other few in the area. Max in the service department is an amazing man, he gets me Jeep parts, they are installed correctly, they even give me a loaner for things as simple as an oil change. Oh, their oil change with a tire rotation is only $39.95. I'm in. They are not the least expensive, but the service is worth paying a little extra for. I compare it to my Verizon cell phone, they aren't the least expensive, but the service is worth it. I have been dealing with Max now for several years, he is nice, thoughtful, knows me and what I want and handles everything with a sincere smile. John Bruno my sales rep always has an honest hello, not the insincere greeting that is too often given Max and the culture at Dick Norris is the right path to be on. I'm lucky to have found them and appreciate all they do for me, you will to. Tell them Steven Hyde sent you, lol. Have a good day and Thank You Dick Norris! More

Service people were very courteous and helpful. My passenger window was not staying up, so your service man gave me all the solutions to solve this problem.
