As ever , service reapirs at delaerships always too costly Back in November 2015 I paid $227.00 to have an external horn fitted above the steering column as it was too costly to remove airbag and horn pad, jus Back in November 2015 I paid $227.00 to have an external horn fitted above the steering column as it was too costly to remove airbag and horn pad, just 9 months later the horn stopped working and I had to pay another $100 to have the horn relay repaired , not happy that this work was not covered under the 12,000 mile warranty , I was told it was a different problem but seems to me the original work was not completed with thorough diagnosis or attention to detail More

Unexpected Transmission Problem My wife and I were returning from a long weekend anniversary celebration when our 2008 Enclave would not go over 40 mph and the check engine light cam My wife and I were returning from a long weekend anniversary celebration when our 2008 Enclave would not go over 40 mph and the check engine light came on. We were about 5 miles from this dealership and 20 miles from home. Chris Berry jumped right on the problem and provided us with a 2016 Enclave loaner. The technician diagnosed the problem and found additional issues with the rear deck gas cylinders and the water pump. The work was done correctly and on a timely basis. The best part, due to Chris' diligent research, these repairs were covered by warranties. More

Factory remidee for defective part. I was quoted a $1,000 price to fix a defective part on a vehicle with only 8800 miles. I wrote a letter to GM explaing this issue. I was contacted by GM, informed that they were aware of the issue and was contacted by Dick Norris, Inc. I was quoted a $270 price to fix the defective part, promptly agreed and had the service preformed. More

From the moment I arrived at Service, I was met by a courteous and professional check-in employee. I was advised, by Lenny, that the work needed would not be long if I would like to wait. Went into waiting area, had coffee and before I finished, Lenny came in to let me know that the work had been completed. Just as Lenny had told me. Then checked out at the cashiers desk. Glad to see Rita back. She used to be my service adviser. She always looked after me well. More
