Service was good. My tires were rotated but not balanced. Wasn't told until I picked the car up they needed it. Tire pressure should have been checked but wasn't. Now that the car is out of warranty needs other pm done to the tune of over 600.00. One of these services was done supposedly less than a year ago. The vehicle still has a surge problem. This was supposedly fixed when it happened right after purchase and the car stopped on Tampa road in traffic and I almost was in a terrible accident. Now this needs to be checked again at my cost. I will trade in the car first. I think this is the reason the car was traded with low miles when I purchased it. Seems to be an on going problem. The buying experience with joe c was second to none but the service department not so much. I am sorry for being so candid but I don't have a lot of money and I have seen that you cater to those that do. This might not be the right dealership for me. The car has less than 56000 miles. Lenny has been good to work with but four months ago told me his service person said the car needed brakes. Then they didn't and it makes me a little uncomfortable that I was told this when it wasn't true. Or do they and I am driving it anyway? Are we waiting until the rotars go too? Hopefully not. More

Service Had a flat tire in my garage. Called to verify if they could take me in right away. Put some air in the tire with my AirTool electric pump (plugs i Had a flat tire in my garage. Called to verify if they could take me in right away. Put some air in the tire with my AirTool electric pump (plugs into cigarette lighter). Drove there OK with 20 lbs. left and they fixed t;he flat and changed the oil & filter. Was happy to learn that now only synthetic oil is used. They also performed the multi-point vehicle inspection. Had a $15 parts & labor coupon which was honored. More

Steering issue repaired I had a complex issue with my steering that required special parts from another State and Canada. Max was able to get the parts in a reasonable time, I had a complex issue with my steering that required special parts from another State and Canada.
