Oil change, recall fix, car wash I have been very satisfied with previous experiences at your dealership. This must have been a reallybusy day. Problems with the computer in doing the recall fix. And although my car was VERY dirty, I didn't think the car wash would take almost an hour. I was at the dealership over three hours ( I was thinking a little more than two). My service adviser was very nice and very apologetic. He was working as hard and quickly as he could, it seemed. I'm chalking this visit up to an unusually busy day and Murphy's Law (what can go wrong will go wrong). I will plan on better (quicker) experience next time I was at the Clearwater location having my Encore serviced More
