Excellent Dealership! A repeat customer! We have been here 3 times now! The first time was for new tires on our 2012 Buick Enclave. They also completed a recall at this visit. We had a very r We have been here 3 times now! The first time was for new tires on our 2012 Buick Enclave. They also completed a recall at this visit. We had a very reasonable quote for a brand new set of tires! Unfortunately, less than a year later, we hit a nail in the sidewall of one of our tires. Back to Dick Norris Buick we go and got another tire! The service during both of these visits was superb! They were very efficient, polite, and professional! Our last visit was due to our AC not working and needing new engine mounts. We had an issue with our AC while under warranty a few years prior. I decided to give GM customer service a call to see if they would be able to assist with some of our repairs this time. I spoke with Mr. Chamberlain, and he was very helpful and was able to get GM to pay for a large portion of our AC bill!! During this visit, Nate also worked with us. He checked us in quickly, called me a few times to keep me updated on the progress and he took extra time to outline the work being down and a price breakdown! I am so thankful for this!! We will be back in a few months to have our spark plugs replaced and our transmission cleaned & serviced! Thank you all for providing us such excellent service! We have been to two other Buick dealerships and this place is hands down the best of them all! More

Unplanned Saturday urgent quick fix. Had an unfortunate misshap where Vehicle was undrivable @11:20am. Called tow truck which delivered to dealership. they fixed it & I was home by 2:10! I was hoping I could find her name on the Meet our Staff page of the dealership's website, but the none of the ladies from billing or the front desk are on there; maybe it's something may want to include in his next webpage updates! ;) More
