The service has always been excellent except with my first service with my first vehicle purchased from Dick Norris. All of the Dick Norris staff is top notch and handle customers with great care. Service Dept goes extra mile to provide top notch service I had several issues with my 2012 Chevy 2500. The dash said service emissions speed limited to 55 mph. service tire sensor, service trailer brake and I had several issues with my 2012 Chevy 2500. The dash said service emissions speed limited to 55 mph. service tire sensor, service trailer brake and the check engine light was on. After some diagnostics with service manager Brent he informed me that GM had issued a service extension on several issues my truck was experiencing. Other issues need my extended warranty for coverage. My service tech spent almost an hour on the phone with the warranty people twice. My truck runs great again. The ride is smoother and I am very pleased and would recommend them to all my friends. More
