Good service. Small repair center lobby Service time was good. Friendly staff as always. Every time I am there though there are three empty desks with no one working them.. Very cramped. The empty not-used desks could be used for customer waiting area so it's not so clausterphobic Maybe throw a chair in there so a customer could sit down if it's taking a while to get waited on. Just a thought. And they didn't wash my car after a service which is pretty standard. More
Always great experience. I didn't have an appointment, but that is never a problem. I think that is the greatest thing. The customer (me) is never a problem. Pleased with oil change/tire rotation; not pleased with AC I asked to have my AC looked at for urine smell which usually means a filter needs exchanged. So they did exchange the AC filter, but as soon as I sta I asked to have my AC looked at for urine smell which usually means a filter needs exchanged. So they did exchange the AC filter, but as soon as I started my car to leave, the smell was still there. Whoever did the exchange didn't even bother to check to see if that fixed the problem or not. Now I've paid for a filter and and still have urine smell. Not real happy about that at all More
The most experience ever! I originally brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a problem I was having with a "a shaking" sensation in the front. The dealership I originally brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and a problem I was having with a "a shaking" sensation in the front. The dealership replaced the battery, two front tires, changed the oil and alignment. I picked the car up at the end of the day on Friday after paying over $900.00. The next morning I started the car and drove it less than a mile before the shaking became so bad it was difficult to drive to the dealership. I left the car again, no one called and finally at 2:30, I called since the dealership closed at 3:00. I was told that they could not find anything wrong with the car. However, when I drove over to the dealership they were not working on my car, it was not even in a service Bay. I had to leave the car until Monday. I finally called Monday at ten and they had looked at the car and diagnosed the problem and it would be fixed within 30 minutes. It would have been nice if this could have been taken care of on Friday or even Saturday. Since I do not live in Clearwater I had to rent a hotel for three days because your staff do not seem to care about your clients. I will not purchase another vehicle and/or bring my car to your dealership. More

first time I was displeased with the service I am in my 2nd year of a lease with a maintenence package. This was the first time someone actually looked up that information. I had purchased the I am in my 2nd year of a lease with a maintenence package. This was the first time someone actually looked up that information. I had purchased the package because sales said I would have zero maintenance costs throughout my lease. My previous visits told me I could only come twice a year until this most recent visit when they told me I was on my last free oil change. Note that each visit I had told them about the maintenence package but no one looked it up until this past visit... I had left my cqr for service and got a calll from the service team telling me that they recommend I buy a hepafilter for $64.99 and I needed an alighnment for a little over $100 and that I should also buy a tire balance for $20... I was taken aback by the request and my concern is that I was told no additional maintenance costs at the beginning of the lease and was being asked for almost $200 for an oil change and I still dont think anyone has reviewed or looked at the maintenence package I purchased. I was told previously that I could only get 2 oil changes a year when I had purchased 3 a year and I'm at the end of my 2nd year and still havent even used 1 of my purchased oil changes. Feeling just a bit frustrated about this matter and would like clarification as to what I actually purchased and why no one looked up the package previously. Thank you More
Great and Friendly service I picked up my new Regal on 4/1 and the next day I discovered a minor problem. I called Lenny Demarco in the service department. He made an appointment for my wife's lacrosse for service and detailing and an appointment for the Regal to fix the problem and to have window tinting applied. He handled everything precision like.
