Transmission breakdown and repair. Buick dealt with the problem over a week, my Service Advisor Nate, was very helpful and kept me in touch with what was going on. Doug Norris,, General Manager was extremely understanding of my concerns that the car had a low mileage. Subsequently , a fair price was worked out. Max has always been ac Since 2010 I have taken my 2006 Mitsubishi Galant to Dick Norris for service and I have interacted mostly with Max in Service. Max has always been accommodating to me, helpful, and professional. Prior to taking my car to Dick Norris and in an attempt to be closer to my job in South St. Petersburg, I drove my car to the Crown Mitsubishi Service area and unfortunately, the quality, interaction, and service does not compare with Dick Norris. I didn't even feel safe there. My last visit was a week ago where Christopher, Technician, serviced my car. Both Max and Christopher have always helped me out, explained things in "simple" terms so I can understand what's wrong with my car. I live in Tampa and work in St. Petersburg and have brought my car to Palm Harbor because of the way I am treated. One visit this year another gentleman in service helped polish my old headlights. I simply asked him for a recommended product and he just went above and beyond to assist me. (Unfortunately, I can't recall his name, but he's a bit short and used to sit near Max some time ago :) ) If you want a positive experience and reliability regarding the servicing of your car, I recommend you bring your car to Dick Norris in Palm Harbor. I appreciate Max and not looking forward to the day he (or Christopher) retires!! Thank you Max and Christopher.LOL More

I know they care about my safety and they have advised me when I can wait to do the repairs at a later date. They are very considerate of my time and good about estimating how long the repairs will take, so I can decide if I want to wait for the vehicle, or get a ride home. One time I had to bring my dog with me, and everyone was so friendly and came outside to offer him water or a dog snack - very friendly staff! More

service guy I was told when I bought my truck I had 4 oil changes when I brought it in last week I was charged for my oil change. Just not sure I was told I'd receive 4 changes and then be told I owe money for my services completed. I wouldn't have cared if the gentleman who assisted me wasn't so rude about it. I love your dealership but some people just aren't meant to deal with customer service. More

The Best Dealership We had to bring my wife's GMC Denali Terrain for an oil leak that no other dealership could fix. They were so friendly and over the top helpful. Fixed We had to bring my wife's GMC Denali Terrain for an oil leak that no other dealership could fix. They were so friendly and over the top helpful.
